Gigi’s Surprise Logo

This is a logo that I designed for a company called Gigi’s Surprise. The owner came to me, asking for a design inspired by Paris and the 1940’s.

Inspired by designs such as these I set to work.

The Initial Sketch

My first design was hand drawn. I then scanned it into the computer to work with it in Adobe Photoshop.

I then changed the colors using Adobe Photoshop.

I sent this version to the owner of Gigi’s Surprise. She gave me the feedback that the font was a bit hard to read and that she would like a small girl to be incorporated.

Again I set to work.

Latest and Greatest

With a few minor adjustments I was a mile away from my original

design, left with a wonderfully refined logo.

WMS Digital Media Logo

I designed this logo for out school web site, representing our Flash animation and graphic design class.

This is our final logo. There were several steps before in which I worked with the class to revise my very artsy and very stark logos to create one in-between. As a class we chose the RGB white light demonstration to represent our digital media class, combining it with the idea of the WMS Montessori tree.

Flash Animations

My modest animations

Before I found graphic design I made a few modest flash animations.

My very first animation, gray man, was made frame by frame. I also spent the time to make a ball bounce around the screen in 620 frames, also constructed frame by frame.

To experiment with shape tweening I worked with two classmates creating Super CIA Pig.
